We encourage buyers to travel to the desitinations of their choice if possible and especially if this is to be second home. When investing it is not always as critical to travel to the location as long as all the necessary paperwork is as it should be. Please find the basic steps for organising a viewing trip below.

1. Research our website and decide which areas or properties you are interested in.
2. Assistance for booking the flights, the price of which will be refunded if proof the client purchases a property with us can be provided .
3. The client informs us of their available dates.
4. Arrangement of stay over will be outlined
5. Clients may be met at the airport of destination and transfered to their accommodation.
6. Clients are taken on a viewing trip of the properties in the region that the client wishes to see as well as general location information.
7. The client is transferred back to the airport.

The main advantage is that we will provide you with full guidance, not only around the properties, but assisting in getting to know the location and area itself. The goal is the smile on your face to follow all the way throughout your visit.

Clients are under no obligation to stay in provided accommodation as they may feel 'trapped' or pressurised while they are on their viewing trip - you the client should feel you are in control.
